What you should know
When are arrival and departure?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Arrival days in peak season are Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. In the low and off-season, arrival is possible on any day.
How is the deposit handled?
A €200 deposit is charged with the final invoice and refunded within 7 days after departure, once the house has been handed over without defects.
How does the electricity billing work?
Electricity is billed separately at the current rate of €0.40/kWh. Meter reading on arrival and departure, settled with the final invoice.
Are pets allowed?
Our house is deliberately pet-free in order to offer allergy sufferers a safe environment. We ask for your understanding.
Is there any furniture where I should consider mobility?
Our living-room seating is modern and rather low. If you have significant mobility limitations, please get in touch before booking to check whether the house suits your needs.
What are the cancellation terms?
Up to 60 days before the start of the rental: refund of the deposit. 59–45 days: 50 % of the rental price. 44–30 days: 80 %. From 29 days: 90 %.
